Studio Classes

Students will learn the principles of oil painting, including:

• Subject selection - from life and photography - cropping, editing, and color palette development
• Point-to-point drawing
• Value sketches
• Color wash, palette development
• Final layers and finishing touches

Students are met "where they are" and coached in a hands-on style - if you are one who learns by doing, this is your class.

• Mixing vibrant colors
• Getting the most from your reference material

Sean closely works with each painter to develop their overall skills, regardless of their experience level. All levels are welcome!
